Mr RIVAL retires

Benny Sørensen has chosen to retire after 35 years at RIVAL. He started at RIVAL as a machine operator and since then, he has held many positions at the company with great care.

“If any, Benny can be named Mr Rival,” managing director Henrik Holvad says. “He has always represented RIVAL with great pride and enthusiasm, as if it was his own company. Furthermore, he knows something about everything, and he is certainly a “RIVAL lexicon”.”

Great opportunities
Benny started at RIVAL working as a machine operator back in 1984, and later he has been the foreman of the sales department. During the later years, he worked as a production technique in the production technical department. “Over the 35 years at RIVAL, I have been given many great opportunities to develop and impact the daily work,” Benny says. “At the same time, my colleagues, the teamwork and the culture here at RIVAL is completely unique. It has been a daily pleasure to work at this company.”

The celebration of Benny’s anniversary and retirement is postponed until it is safe to gather big groups of people again
