Ski, teamwork and Tyrolean music
The Austrian Alps were the playground for RIVAL’s kick-off 2022 event. Teambuilding is always on the agenda, when RIVAL goes on tour. This time, several activities on skis brought focus to the importance of a good plan and razor-sharp instructions. All of course complemented by festive après-skiing and catchy Tyrolean music.
“This is the third time, we have been on a ski trip with our employees, who spent their own day holidays and money on the trip,” Henrik Holvad says. “It is so cool to feel the energy and the desire to be together and how our employees focus on making each other better.”
