Welcome Home, Heino
Heino Pedersen has returned to RIVAL as Production Manager after 10 years. He is now part of the management team and will eventually take full responsibility for the entire production.

For the past several years, Heino has served as Production Manager at BSB Industry A/S, where he worked with demanding clients in the wind turbine industry as well as on strategic tasks in both Denmark and Poland.
RIVAL’s view on people drew Heino back
Heino makes no secret of the fact that RIVAL’s human-centric values were a key reason for his return. “It aligns 100% with my own values and with the way I want to lead—and be led,” says Heino.

Heino is well on his way to gaining the strategic altitude needed to take full responsibility for production at RIVAL and to play an active role in the company’s ongoing development. This happens in close collaboration with Henrik Holvad and Sales Director Christian Aarup. At the same time, Heino’s deep technical insight is a major asset.
“You have to dig deep to find something Heino can’t keep up with,” says Henrik Holvad with a smile. “That strong combination of craftsmanship and strategy is a significant advantage for RIVAL’s continued growt.”
