Visit from Ølgod: A day filled with inspiration and smiles
A day of tours and inspiration
On Friday morning, there was a lively buzz in Svejstrup as our colleagues from Ølgod stopped by the factory for a visit.
The day offered a guided tour, great conversations, and plenty of inspiration for the shared journey ahead.
“You can tell people are passionate about what they do”
“You can really feel that the colleagues in Svejstrup are passionate about their work – and that they’re open, welcoming, and appreciative,” says Production Manager Flemming Tranberg from Ølgod.
He highlights the conversations with the new colleagues as one of the most valuable parts of the day:
“We had some great talks about everything from software and processes to ways of collaborating – and, most importantly, how we can use each other’s experience to build one strong organisation.”
From words to impressions – big machines in action
For Jonna, who works in internal sales in Ølgod, the visit left a strong impression.
“It’s one thing hearing Jan say there are some big machines in Svejstrup – but it’s something else entirely to see them in real life,” she says with a smile.
Collaboration and connection in focus
After the tour, the grill was fired up, and conversations took place in every corner – about everything from machines to mountain biking and weekend plans.
“We were really happy to welcome our colleagues,” says Sune Hvid Kristensen, Production Manager in Svejstrup.
“It means a lot to put faces to the names from Ølgod. I hope they took some inspiration home with them – and we’re already looking forward to visiting them next time.”
