Dorthe is a helmsman at heart
Our finance manager Dorthe A. Madsen is a major part of the management at RIVAL. She is a controller and helmsman at heart and has a solid feeling for whether things are right or wrong.
This is shown when it comes to numbers in particular – both in our accounts and in Power BI.
Dorthe is quick to decode if something doesn’t add up. When information comes from Dorthe, everyone – the management, the bank, the accountant and the employees – rely on that. And they are right to do so.
Dorthe also holds great empathy and is happy to take care of those, who need a little extra support. She is the helmsman of our cycling team 2 and the guarantor that everyone gets home safely from the rides.
