A new and proud industrial operator

Ida Marie Andersen has proudly passed her apprenticeship test and can now call herself an industrial operator.
She did her adult apprenticeship at RIVAL even though it wasn’t in the cards.

“Ida has met some challenges in her life, and the apprenticeship at RIVAL is her first education,” production manager Søren Djursland says.
“She has done so well and has gained new skills and knowledge about personal planning, lean and much more. It will definitely be a win in the daily work at RIVAL.”
