Customers’ expectations of RIVAL are rightfully high, as expressed very clearly by the quality manager at Kongsberg during the recent audit: “We expect that items from you can go directly onto our warehouse shelves and then straight into our production,” she said.
“We are very pleased with the positive outcome of DNV’s recertification of our ISO 9001 management system and especially the results of the quality audits conducted by our major customers such as Universal Robots, Kongsberg, and Rheinmetall this year,” says RIVAL’s production director, Thomas Timmermann. “The requirements for documentation and first-time-right are at the highest level, and we continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations – both now and in the future.”
