RIVAL thanks the employees with an extraordinary bonus
At RIVAL, we reward all our employees with an extra bonus due to the efforts made in 2021. The bonus is paid with the salary of December.
“We would like to pay tribute to our employees for the extraordinary efforts, they have made to get RIVAL and our customers through the pandemic and shutdowns in 2021,” the owners, CEO Henrik Holvad and sales manager Christian Aarup, agree.
“The very remarkable year of 2021 has gone well at RIVAL, and our employees have a huge share in that. They have made a great team effort, where the individual has made a difference. It stresses the unique culture we have here, which become even clearer, when there is a particularly dire need for it. We are very grateful for that.”
