Well-being and community

Well-being is a key word in creating a good workplace. Therefore, opportunities for development, recognition and community have a natural place in the daily life at RIVAL. Another important part of this are those activities that are not about the production of critical and costly components, but about socialising with the colleagues. We draw a thick line under this with our trip to Harz in the spring for all employees.

Also, our bike rides every Friday are important for our community and for the development of both managers and employees. On the Friday trips, we have fun and talk about a bit of everything – from work topics to more private things. The foundation for a successful bike ride is the common interest in that is should be a positive experience for everyone. Therefore, the team’s slowest riders go first and determines the pace whereas the fastest riders gather the troops in the back.
